Wow!

So i've just heard your music for the first time, and boy am i glad that i did. I liked the intro it was well done and i like how you used the ambient pads. I liked the effects that you used and crash as a transition. I also like your somewhat happy solid melodies, i thought they were great. I love when the energy is brought up when the drums kick in, it was a very enjoyable. This song seems like it should be longer than 3:00 and should be around 5 minutes plus. I know thats hard work but i think it would sound alot better. So the best things i thought were the use of your pads, the melody and the originality in the intro with some of the pads. I mean i've heard it before but i still think it isn't overused yet.. This song sounded kind of GOA trance around 1:30 but then it goes into a happy melody which i thought pretty cool and original. My only complaint is that the song ends very awkwardly and i think you could do more with that... 5/5 9.4/10 4.37 / 5.00 (+ 0.015)

This song is currently 3 minutes, but it's still a demo. I think i WILL finish this one. Ending up in a massive 6 minutes trance track. ( DOUBLED SIZE ). Pads are weak, and i rushed the pads. I used the pads in the chorus and simply copy pasted it. So that's just lazyness :p. I will fix that asap. Origenality in the intro is already fixed in fact :O I got something planned to make it alot more intresting.
The song ended 'awkwardly' because it was just a demo :). Simple fast build, quick to just 1 chorus. And end. Hence, a demo. Don't worry, i'll fix it in time.

One of the best songs on NG

I loved the intro and its melody with that arpreggio pluck (i think) that you used. I also really liked the pads you used and then where the effects came after. I really liked when the piano came in and then that new lead which was really awesome. I really liked the happy feeling to the song and the way you used the pads kind of like a bass ( im not too sure but i think =P.) I also liked the crash from the drums as a new transition. This really made me zone out like i usaully do when i listen to good trance songs =) Around 5:20 i loved the little riff you use because it reminded me of Sandstorm, im not saying its un original but i really liked it. All of the melodies in here were great and gave a pretty nice feeling to the whole thing. My favorite things are the use of the pads, the drums, and how you introduced the song but not so much how you ended it. Around the end i think you could have dismissed a bit better because it didn't really flow into that effect you used at the end in my opinion, but thats just me.

Otherwise this is one of my favorite trance songs on NG and i can't wait to hear more stuff from you!!

[Repetitive Repetition]

Since your new to FL just like me, i gotta say this is pretty cool. I like the guitar melody that you made, and i like how you made the drums but at your skill right now i would says its good for now. But without that i would say that the drums could have sounded alot better. It would be cooler if you added alot more instruments later into the song. I think a piano or something would have been pretty cool. but finding them can be hard ( for me it was.) 5/5 10/10 for the sake that we are both beginners. Other wise i would give it a good 4/5 and 7.5/10. Also on a side note to the retard who first reviewed this.

Great mirror edge remix

I must say this is one of the better tracks on NG. I haven't heard anything like this in NG for a really long time. The vocals really made this song that much better! I really like how you made the mirrors edge theme into a sick trance song. I'm really a big trance fan and i create some as well ( I try atleast .) This song deserves to be in the top 30! And Lira you have a great vocals for trance music! This is probably my pick for the month! Great job guys i can't wait to hear the full version when its finished. What was the gate that you used? ( i think) Some of the best parts the beginning. Did you sample the piano portion from the mirrors edge song ( i haven't heard the mirrors edge theme in awhile)
Some of the good parts were around from :30, i liked the build up alot. Around 1:03 i liked the introduction the vocals a lot. I also liked 2:24 alot it sounded really calming and nice. What program did you use? This sounds like it took a lot of work. 5/5 and 9.9/10. I would give you a full 10 but the way the song ended was kind of wierd but im guessing thats because you haven't finished it right?

Wow amazing work!

This is very well done my friend, congratulations on the top 5 it is well deserved! I also love the lead that you made it sounds really cool. It sounded a bit repetitive up to 1:30 until you changed the melody slightly with a saw. ( i think). I loved the main melody that you made with that lead you made it fits really well. There are only a few complaints that i have is that i would have liked to hear some more drums and that i think the song ends awkwardly because i don't think there is really a ending.. And the last thing i think is that it does seem a bit repetitive. I give you a 5/5a nd a 9.5/10

Very well done, and i hope to hear more from you or maybe even a extended version or remix of this. You put a lot of work into this one ( i think. )

On a side note, don't take my suggestions to harshly because i don't know much about music but i dotry to make some. Anyways have a great day!

Amazing!

Great piece here man, i love it! Around 1:03 i think string that comes into sounds a little wierd. I really liked the vocals and how you used to the strings to go with them. This sounds like it could be in one of those RPG games with a trailer, i think it would fit fairly well. I loved the build up from the beginning it sounded very professional. My favorite parts were from the beginning to around :50. It would have been cool if you used the drums alot more and made it sound even more epic than it already is. I really liked the composition you made, its simply great. I think if you added a drum kind of like this http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/liste n/177990 it would sound more of a cool movie feel. I love your work and i would love to hear more from you, i will be keeping track of your music from this day forward! Also don't take my review seriously i really don't know much about music but i do and try to create my own even without having any eduction in it. Drum and Bass always makes me feel pumped up! This feels like a pretty sweet fight scene. I liked the drums that you used alot, only thing that wasn't too great for was the beginning around :30. It made it seem really lame but i think maybe a different hat would work better or something or maybe a little drum loop there. My favorite part was when the real beat kicked in around 1:30. I liked the use of the piano alot! Don't take my advise too harshly or even seriously because im not that educated in music but i do try to make some. If you want you can check it out and tell me what you think.. ( i'm not that good =()

I think that this is good enough to be used in a actual film! I really loved the strings and the little xylophone it gave it much more feeling to it. Your songs a very original and catchy, especially Welcome to Metropolis. eveer since then i have been keeping track of your work. Great job on this one and as well as the other song that i mentioned, would love to hear more songs from you!

Great use of the piano and drums. I like the piano melody. i think you could have donea bit more with the drums.
